A bank or wire transfer is the only payment method that is not processed in real-time. Therefore, it takes an average of 3 to 5 business days before the credit is added to your account. (Unfortunately, we cannot speed this up. Please use a different payment method if you are in a hurry.)
Whenever you transfer money, it's very important that you include the correct payment reference with the transfer. Without this reference, the payment can't be matched to your account.
